So was thinking if we say from about 5pm meet up at the car park, what one will be updated as soon as I hear back about if they can arrange parking for us if not then our normal carpark will be used. That gives people just over two hours to come down have a chat look at the cars get food ect. As for convoys if people want to convoy then would need to arrange them between each other.
