Im going to pay this Wednesday 5th after work so by 5pm will need this. So was thinking if we say from about 5pm meet up at the car park, what one will be updated as soon as I hear back about if they can arrange parking for us if not then our normal carpark will be used. That gives people just over two hours to come down have a chat look at the cars get food ect. As for convoys if people want to convoy then would need to arrange them between each other.
