James
Good clutch choice - I use the same one and love it! Much nicer to me than the HKS LA was!
jazz1
Good clutch choice - I use the same one and love it! Much nicer to me than the HKS LA was! I felt the clutch pedal at SRD on LUX Supra and felt like stock, compared to the other heavy clutch on another Supra. This is perfect for the power . jazz1
You best not drive this like miss daisy lol Haha, more a show car than a race drag car .
Sukhy
Haha, more a show car than a race drag car . I can see your point but I still feel it requires a blast up the strip. Doesn't need to be launched, just feather it off and then tear through the gears. That will be my approach anyway lol.
a98pmalcolm
Those clutches are absolute awesome. Had mine for years and still going strong. Will that 90 degree bend in the oil drain be ok?
berg
Awesome build, nice to see another big spec build going on I was going to mention the oil return seems a strange setup, i always thought they had to be as straight as possible, it looks tidy anyway

jazz1
Time for some teasing update, SRD can do everything possible, even fabricate small parts . September 2017 Lee sent me some more updates, Roll cage fitment (CUSCO) 6 point and a superb job. Lee and the team also re-fit the interior loom . jazz1
September 2017, Lee sent me some more updates and progress on the interior, plus the rear brake lines were finished. Also to add the polished brake master, I was contemplating chroming the parts but due to the risk of contamination (dipping process) I decided to be safe and stick with polish. jazz1
September 2017, more updates Lee also made me custom covers for the obsolete vents in the rear arches as I have the Late Do Luck Skirts. jazz1
September 2017, I had also decided to change the Cam Pulleys to PHR from HKS, due to this mainly being a show car I wanted everything to match the engine theme. Previously I had purchased a set of OCD works timing cover, unfortunately they did not fit, Lee sent me some pictures of the damper touching and mentioned the only way they could work was to make a shim spacer. We also tried a stock damper with the same issue! So I decided to contact OCD works. jazz1
To add guys I never took much pictures but majority of the parts are new, I still have few new Toyota parts to purchase towards the end, there’s whole list new parts. So quality remains and hopefully should be a great show car once complete [emoji41].
