boostman
OK iv fitted my ls400 brakes but the Braided lines don't quite fit. What has everyone else used? Can I use ls400 lines or do they have to be custom made? Thanks
P_Bazz
I have mine fitted with Do Luck lines but they're also not ideal. Drivers side is fine the passenger side is always a bit under tension on the max steering angle.

P_Bazz
Are they DoLuck ls400 or supra lines? They are Supra Do Luck lines, I think that the main problem is that the lines attach to the caliper in a weird angle due to the difference in position of the brake caliper itself. Yes ok, so you just rotated it untill it fit so it's goes a bit tight How long have you had it like that? Any perishing where it goes tight? chrex
I bent the little locator tag that is on the supra lines - no issues since

I've rerouted them around the shock absorber and fastened them with some tyraps protected with fuel hose to the upper control arm to keep them from rubbing on anything. It's only tight when I've reached lock on the steering rack so no visible damage as of yet. I'm probably gonna change them for some slightly longer braided lines eventually. jonc
I have had ls400 fronts with Goodridge Supra lines on for over 4 years with no issues. Cant remember having an issue with fitting the brake lines. I definitely didnt have to re route anything or use tie wraps. Wouldnt that be an MOT failure?
