Dnk
Dont those wheels use a conical or tapered wheel nut ? Yes the nut you show is the same as OE fitment
Burna
You will need the tapered seat nuts if I remember correctly.
jim
I thought stock supra wheel nuts were tapered, but maybe not. Either way, you need a set of tapered alloy nuts Samm (with the end shaped like the one in the pic below), the fitment is m12 x 1.5 and there should be lots of options. I'd steer clear of aluminium nuts - they're lighter but not as strong. I think stock nuts from Toyota are quite expensive. Because the TTE's have a centre cap this might limit your options to shorter (open ended) nuts rather than the longer fancy looking coloured ones. http://jarsengineers.com/products/img/Nuts/tapered%20nut.jpg
Burna
Like these, you can see the conical seating face: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/LEXUS-LX450-ARISTO-GS450-GS300-GS430-GS450-ALLOY-WHEEL-LOCKING-NUTS-M12-X-1-5-/201414952582?fits=Car+Make%3ALexus&hash=item2ee5444686:g:KfEAAOxyRNJSc3tA

samm
I just went to my local elite wheels and tyres and asked for m12x1.5 tapered wheel nuts which are £1.50 each, any good wheel suppliers should have them or eBay. Dnk
Be careful you dont buy cheap poor quality nuts, some of the ebay stuff is debatable, they look nice but are made from poor spec materials
