uzzyuzzy
Interested to see what she says?? You can always use the reasonable excuse but it does not cover any agents; https://www.gov.uk/tax-appeals/reasonable-excuses
peter richards
well i paid her the same time , sent her a text just a week or so ago asking did everything go through and yes good was the reply, so i would imagine somethings gone wrong her end
peter richards
just had a call and the return was done in time like she said but the NI payments have changed so the £145.60 is that
scorling
So you didn't get a letter saying you had missed the deadline?
peter richards
yes thats whats confusing , the letter implied id missed the deadline , it didnt say anything about the NI , ill pay it tomorrow
peter richards
i used to get letters through for the NI , but that stopped last year , so i thought she would of paid it with the tax return or something anyway she didnt so thats what the letter is for , youd think the letter would say that though
