shaz2010
Yareet I'm looking for here in the uk, I'm having trouble sourcing. Xxr 531 Chromium Black ML - F: 18x9.5 R: 18x11 - Set of 4 I've found them On a us site has anyone ordered from this one? And does anyone know of prices when they land (e.g. Taxes, duty etc) And also will these sizes fit over uk brakes ? https://www.aspiremotoring.com/products/xxr-wheels-531-chromium-black-ml Cheers
Big Mark
No idea where sells them but the 11J rears appear to only come in an ET20 offset. You'll need wide arches unless you plan on a rediculous stretch. I have 11J ET35 wheels with a 305 tyre and I've flared my rear arches to fit them. safcdixon
I run et 20 11j stock body rolled arches, bit of a stretch though Edit: they do cover uks too at et20 all round, very close but they clear Edited February 8, 2017 by safcdixon (see edit history)

safcdixon
Et 20 at the sizes i have 9.5 and 11j they clear uk brakes its close basically a few mm clearance, the smaller sizes and larger offset I dont know mate, theres a few fitted them on here in the smaller size and larger offset and used spacers to make the wheel sit more flush and clear the brakes Try srbpower mate they were selling them in 11j et20 as thats where mine were originally from

bayside_supra
Sorry to hijack a thread. Does anyone know a place in the U.K. That supplies xxr 521's in hyper silver? I can only find grey or gold everywhere I look, and I would much rather buy here than import from the us

bayside_supra
They can't get them. Does anyone know anywhere else worth trying?
shaz2010
Seems the 531's are from America only - - - Updated - - - I'm having no luck either!
shaz2010
Anyone know of any thing similar style wise to the xxr 531's. been told to bring them in from America would cost the price of the wheels alone. Plus postage etc. Seems it's gonna cost about 2.5k ish with decent tyres. Spoke to a few shops (traders) says they weren't that popular and were really heavy. So they stopped bringing them in. jim
They're nice wheels, but that price is nuts for what are essentially replica's of CCW's. I thought a set of CCW's is in that price range, in fact there's an awesome set of used ones for sale on here from nasoup for less: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?338195-CCW-Classic-3pc-Wheels&highlight=wheels You can buy them on ebay (US) for about $1000 posted, although you'd be hit with (20%?) customs charges and have to wait on them arriving. http://www.ebay.com/itm/18x9-5-18x11-XXR-531-5x100-5x114-3-20-20-Chromium-Black-ML-Wheel-New-set-4-/232210737023?hash=item3610d6a77f:g:ywoAAOSwImRYgFjh&vxp=mtr

Have you ever bought off eBay from America before? Is that a set amount 20% on the overall price? I've never bought from the states espically not alloy wheels. safcdixon
You basically get charged vat on the item Shaz, i bought my rmm lip off US ebay turned up quicker than some parts ive bought over here, try a wanted thread on driftworks etc you might get lucky, Id probobly sell mine later in the year once ive finished sams car, But If i was gonna buy a new set id buy a used set of volks, ssr etc i wouldnt pay decent money for reps again
jim
Haven't bought wheels off eBay in the states but did consider it as the prices were really good back when the exchange rate was decent. I bought my ssr professor's from jdm distro (based in Dublin), they bring in used branded wheels from Japan - they've got some nice koenigs in stock at the minute but you're looking at over a grand
