magicmatty
Mine never ever worked when I got it.........I ran it for a bit now and again, just to see if it got cold eventually but it didnt.... I paid for a regas (£40 if I remember) and suddenly it blew ice cold - Big Smiles ! ! Does yours run up at all? Do the revs drop a bit when you put it on? Any clues at all? Soonto_HAS_soop
Do the diagnostics, hold the auto and recirc buttons whilst turning the ignition on. They will all flash 4 times, then certain buttons (dependent on the fault) will flash. It will tell you what the problem is.

tango
Hi , it was working last year, but havent use it much, and this year when come to use it, no cold air at all, the rev does go up. Do you think I just need re-gas? cheers
SUPRALOOPY
regas it, but get a regas and dye so you can go back and have it checked for leaks. and you should have a pressure switch as a failsafe so if there is no gas the pump will not cut in (to save the pump) Well bentleys do anyway. Need4Speed
I've just spoken to Toyota who tell me that because of the age of my Supra (1993) it can't be re-gassed because of it being an old a/c gas that is now banned! Anybody know anything about this? I've just done some research into R12 gas here http://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/indg349.pdf
