Burna
Does that sound like rotten sills to anyone else? Why don't you fully inspect the car yourself? Or have a garage do it for you?

Burna
To be honest, if you're looking to buy one as an investment, you're going to want one with low miles, as a future collector will only be interested in a low mileage example.
j_jza80
You'd certainly be investing plenty of money into that car that you would never see again No doubt it will end up being broken for parts in the end, and yet another 'low mileage' gearbox will appear on the market. Guest Coop-Dog
Yeah that's exactly how I'm thinking, if it was a car I was planning on keeping forever I wouldn't have a problem buying it, but having other cars and projects looks like this car is a no go
blythmrk
Is this car being advertised (a link of the advertisement would be great) or just by word of mouth? Two people (yourself included) have now started threads both looking at buying this car I do think it will sell but for less than 13k that's apparently been asked. Some pictures would be great of the underneath and the engine bay.

Swampy442
My advice is take an experienced welder with you, and have an open wallet because that car will drain you dry.
