sidewaysdan
Doesn't speeding carry 3points also he wouldn't have to tell his insurance until his renewal.. sounds like a lemon/lime
jamesmark
Doesn't speeding carry 3points also he wouldn't have to tell his insurance until his renewal.. sounds like a lemon/lime I think you will find you have to tell your insurance of any change when it happens, they all have that in their T&C's that failure to do so will invalidate your policy. T2 MSW
Doesn't speeding carry 3points also he wouldn't have to tell his insurance until his renewal.. sounds like a lemon/lime Dont think that is true, you have to inform insurance immediately about anything if you still want to be covered. If you have an accident they will use any excuse they can to get out of it and you having 3 points and not informing them will be all the excuse they need. mc92
Wouldn't be surprised if he was speeding, he was probably blinded by that dash and didn't see the signs...

I stand corrected. Is it your premium doesn't go up until your renewal?

Sheefa
I stand corrected. Is it your premium doesn't go up until your renewal? Correct, it's unlikely they would adjust the premium until next renewal. Also with the introduction of the Insurance Act, whilst you would have to notify the insurer if you had received a penalty and points, they would be unable to entirely invalidate the claim but rather would proportionally adjust the value of the claim if you had an accident by the % differential between premium pre and post offence. Supra-love
Wow that car has been around lol Probably got so many issues from being passed around. Once a new owner gets it, it's to much to rectify
Jakemanlives
The guy got a speeding ticket and now can't afford insurance. I've seen this car in the flesh. It's fine. Cars don't deteriorate because they've had a few owners.
supra_24
Saw this car on ebay. From the photos it looked like quite a clean example to me Was it owned by someone on the club?
Jakemanlives
I don't know if he's a member, but i do know the last owner runs AR Tuning and has spent a lot of time and money on the car during the years he owned it.
rider
The car has been relisted in spite of gaining several bids on the last auction, maybe the shill bidding didn't work or he just got let down? Kind of weird it keeps on getting an immediate bid on a long auction though. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Toyota-supra-RZ-big-single-turbo-/222399802223?hash=item33c80fab6f:g:8Y8AAOSw9GhYghiv
