Nic
New McLaren looks sexual in my eyes. A lot going on on that front wing! The 'gills' on the nose look like a unique feature. Also good to see the teams putting more of an effort into the liveries of the cars this year
BoGlE
Be interesting to see how many other teams copy that
BoGlE
Did anybody watch Ted's notebook last night on sky f1? He interviewed Ross Brawn and it was very good. Glad he's back in the sport and with his role it can only be good for f1. He has such a good understanding of what the fans want and the way the sport should be going
TomWeight
I've missed both days of testing so far but hoping to catch up today. I like the new look of the cars but a bit disappointed with the new McLaren looking like a manor car! Testing still sounds like this years setting up to be another Mercedes dominance, is that what's being said so far?

Dnk
A minute ago The first sub-1m20s lap of the test. Bottas posts a 1m19.838s using super-softs.
Annabella
yeah keeping an eye on bbc site, gradually looking like another year of dominance..... but it's only testing and it's Australia where we see clearly, that's what I'm telling myself anyway. Dnk
Sadly i think its the same old same old. Alonso 4 seconds off Bottas's time, he was on softs though where as Bottas was on the Ultra softs
Alex_GT
It's also good to see that Lance Stroll is proving he is at Williams for his talent rather than money. By crashing the car 3 times in 2 days.
TomWeight
Excited about Ross Brawn has had to say so far and that Red Bull looks to have made some progress but sounds like its going to be mostly the same as last season.
Krister
I hope FIA would ban the shark fin wings, they totally ruin the looks of the cars. Very excited about this F1 season with more power and more grip.

Swampy442
Its a wet tyre test day, they had to hose the track down
Annabella
Yep and Merc didnt run in the morning, electrical problems. Think Bottas did the afternoon.
Swampy442
Watching Teds Notebook on Sky right now, all the aero stuff going on now is really interesting! Haven't seen the Ferrari close up before and that thing looks ugly. Red Bull's body packaging is so tight too
Krister
I disagree, they're there for functional reasons, I personally quite like it. And people are doing interesting things with them too, like Mercedes 'chimney' idea They are there because of a loop hole in the rules and ruin the aesthetics of the cars. jay200bhp
I think he's still doing a few bits there, but the new regs for this season has tempted him back into a bit of extra involvement at Red Bull. Adrian only ever worked 3 days a week at redbull in the first place guys

BoGlE
Apparently 7 engines used by Honda already. Although crofty said they wouldn't give an exact number so that's just a guess. Could be more. Could be less.(doubt it) Really hoping they get it together and this new spec engine is up-to it. Not sure Alonso will take another season like 2015 and nor should he imo
Swampy442
Old Frenchy Boullier has already said the team are getting frustrated with it
