Guest Usmann A Posted April 18, 2003 Share Posted April 18, 2003 ummmm.....its not like its a huge single or twins units, suppose he's right to a certain extent, as different spec hybrids ovbiously give different lag times, ie you get stage 3 hybrids does this mean they compressor housing is bored out greater, therfore giving more lag and better top end, also they might be 360 degree thrust bearings, so that would lessen spool up,ovbiously the higher stage turbos must give good spool up,upto a certain stage where it has to be compromised for top end. So I think that hybrids cannot be generaliszed as they are so many variants out there. Or have many people done this stage, and got similar characterisitcs and power outputs?? Or maybe B3any, see hybrids as steel turbine(which they are), and therefore thinks they will be laggier...then ceramics.(which most of them may be) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
