Aaronmk4
Evening, I've posted before about this problem but I have still not manages to solve the issue. When the car is warmed up driving and I come to a stop the car will have a slight hunt 400-600rpm and then cut out as soon as you start it she runs perfect for a mile or so and then does it again.... I've changed the fuel filter twice and inspected / cleaned out the fuel tank, is there anything else I can do? Any ideas will be a massive help as its driving me nuts!! Fitz
I had this problem not long ago, car would cut out when slowing down to a stop and cut out. Turned out my ICV (Idle Control Valve) mentioned by Keron above was a bit groggy...cleaned it all up and viola, smooth running again. Worth a look. HELLBOY666
I had that issue and I found the ground wire was a little loose it would hunt for a few seconds then die and would have no power until you got up to a decent speed but it does sound like a ICV is dirty
