k222bye
This is coming this year. I personally love the aggressive styling. Has a NA V8 with a 10 speed automatic. Will this be the soarer of our time
SupraLEDrears
10 speed!? what kind of power figures we talking here?
mc92
I don't like that they used an entire chainlink fence for the grille. It is far too big. Other than that it looks like a cool car.
j_jza80
Much more akin to the mkiv Supra it is to the Soarer IMO. Probably more like a Supra than the new Supra will be.
Alex_GT
Absurdly priced too no doubt.

Josh42
Looks just right to me. Like all Lexus' will be incredibly well equipped too from standard. I can't wait for it to be released to see them on the road
mellonman
Much more akin to the mkiv Supra it is to the Soarer IMO. Probably more like a Supra than the new Supra will be. Was going to say could of passed for the supra successor with a wing and turbo .
David P
Was going to say could of passed for the supra successor with a wing and turbo . Nail a Whipple on it and it'd then need the wing.

SPG
$90,000 OTR In the USA, usually ends up being £90,000 OTR here in the U.K. Nice looking car all the same.
Kendo11
Is that actually confirmed? Looks very concept car like. Absolutely stunning though.

cered
Now Toyota need to make a V6/8 turbo powered platform share car for $30k less and less luxury/equipment but more handling focused
j_jza80
Please, not a turbo v6
Havard
Great looking car and one I would consider until the auto gearbox was mentioned. GT4 it is then...!! Looks like the days of the manual gearbox are numbered unless you want to stay around 350Hp. H.
cered
Please, not a turbo v6 Four words.... Alfa Romeo Guilia Quadroqueefio, sub 4second 0-60 and Alfa say it's good for 30mpg+ (although knowing Alfa no one's actually measured they just looked at someone elses twin turbo V6 which gets 32mpg and they assume their 510BHP one will get that too...) If the new Supra has got less than 5cylinders I'm buying a Fiat 500XL and calling my interest in cars a day

The days of cars as we know and love then are numbered with most big cities looking to ban all diesels and most likely big old petrols by 2030

I'm yet to hear a modern turbo v6 that sounds half decent.
Havard
The days of cars as we know and love then are numbered with most big cities looking to ban all diesels and most likely big old petrols by 2030 Oh so with a 3.0 Petrol, 3.2 Litre petrol and 2 x 2.2 Diesels, looks like I will be staying in more rural parts then...!! Maybe a 3.8 litre Porsche is not a good idea. I heard this week that the ozone layer had repaired itself. H.
k222bye
10 speed!? what kind of power figures we talking here? 471bhp and 371 lb/ft torque. But this is the thing. This is the "normal version". There will probably be a Lexus LCF.

From the spy shots of the new Supra im not all that excited about. Also i don't know how to feel about there being a BMW engine in the car or anything to do with BMW in the car. I would rather they called the "New supra" a Toyota FT-1 rather than ruin the legendary Supra name.
formatzero
Like that a lot,sat in a few Lexus models at the Ignition festival in Glasgow last year and was well impressed with the quality!
