Steve
Am looking at going with Chris Wilson's suspension setup. The front lowers by 18mm and the rear lowers by 10mm. Can anybody see any problems with this as the car has 19" wheels on. Have had a measure and there seems to be loads of room. Thanks
ellis
Has Chris suggested this? If he has I'd take his word that it'll be OK. If not, I'm sure he'd soon tell you and put you straight. I'd give him a bell and ask him to be sure.
Steve
He cant guarantee it wont rub. Everyone should know of Chris's love of big wheels..... Not..
Steve
Anyone out there with 19's on and lowered suspension? How much did you get it dropped by?
carl0s
I have 19s with Tanabe GF210 which lower by about that much.. no probs. Liam had the same 19s (WM Pacifics) with very low suspension, and apparently no probs. I think you'll be fine.
Nick
If you maintain the same rolling radius and offset I don't see why you'd have a problem. I have 18"s and they've never rubbed, some pictures in the link below.
