Sorry if I'm way off, iv only speed read this but i remember having a similar issue when I was converting my intake manifold, I'm running a tt mani, tb and tps on My na-t and found the pin out for the na Tps plug is different so i had to spin the plug round and connect it that way. Probably best to check the wiring if your using a tt tps

Yep, that's it. TT pins are opposite way around :

Pin 4 = Sensor Ground (Brown/Black Stripe)

Pin 3 = Idle (Red)

Pin 2 = VTA Signal (yellow)

Pin 1 = 5V (Light Blue/Red Stripe)

Try swapping the red and yellow round. This should fix it.

Not bouncing but if I keep my foot half way down on the pedal, it will rev up and drop every second or so?

I have already swapped the 5v and ground, I'm not sure I tried swapping the middle 2 round at the same time, I'll give it a go tomorrow,

surely that is right, at idle it's seeing a low voltage so it will idle ok but when it's rev'd it sees higher volts but flicks over to idle in the sensor and gets confused making it rev wrong,

If it's not that, I'll give up lol,

I'll update tomorrow,

Thanks very much ballsdeep and nodalmighty,

Phil.
