Chris Wilson
Too big to post, so if you want to see the pitfalls of quoting a fixed price for a heater matrix replacement download this zip of photos. It's had three different fancy alarms, an all singin' and dancin' radio with every gizmo imaginable, two attempts at turbo timer fitment and removal, and a load of hacking around fitting coloured lights to the dash. The heater matrix was the easy bit. The thing actually ran again afterwards.... Even I was surprised! http://www.gatesgarth.com/matrix.zip

David P
WOW, pretty coloured LED's & electrickery things, does it have a wicked stance too? Edited November 28, 2016 by David P (see edit history)
Big Mark
Pics won't open on work laptop for some reason. I must of been lucky taking my dash out then. Other than some numpty soldering the alarm ground wires to the dash ground wires less than 10 from the eyelet it was ok getting it out. What matrix are you putting in it Chris? David P
What matrix are you putting in it Chris? After taking that Red Pill, I bet he'll consider taking the Blue Pill next time.
Chris Wilson
It's done and gone with the last, as far as I know, of the OE matrices in it. Still awaiting a verdict on getting proper copies of the OE matrices made.
Chris Wilson
WOW, pretty coloured LED's & electrickery things, does it have a wicked stance too? No, it sits properly and handles well, and goes like a bomb on stock turbos, thanks to a full engine rebuild But behind the dash was a right mess.
