Running problems help

Ok been having running problems cleaned out my ICV ,had to remove the throttle body to get it out ,so whilst putting everything back today I noticed a vac pipe i couldnt see where it went ,I noticed where it should go but the plastic lug that it pushes on to has broken off see pic

What is that, that it connects to???? picture 4

You have broken the tip off the induction pulse damper, the car wont run without that pipe as it feeds vacuum to MAP sensor.

 

It will run okay without the damper, so if you are stuck, temporarily T off a vacuum feed to the MAP sensor from another vacuum pipe close to manifold union and plug the hole in the pulse damper.

how does this come off david and thanks, where is the map sensor ?
