I'm retracting the car from sale after a lengthy discussion with the Mrs. I don't have time for another project/expense of a 240z and the restored ones are far too much dosh. Though the 240z is a nice car the amount of money you will spend on it wont be worth it unless you really love the 240z IMO. I have seen a few unfinished 240z projects for sale that's for sure.
