Scooter
can you get hold of the (ideally detailed) Profit and loss account for the period?
Scooter
The accounts period is over a year, they may have changed their year end or it may be their first year's accounts, do you know?
Paul
First years accounts, set up in Feb 2015 I think ?
Scooter
Ok so that means the Profit and loss account from the balance sheet is the profit for that whole period, not an accumulation of prior years profits and/or losses. On the face of it quite a low profit but then we don't know the levels of salary being taken by the directors?
tintinmt
You need a lot more information than that to work out what the business is worth - if that's what you mean. Even with detailed management accounts you will likely end with it being worth - what someone will pay for it. This is especially true as the business has no track record.
