little num
SOLD - SOLD - SOLD Hi all here we have a hard to find R154 gearbox that was removed from a MK3 turbo supra 1990 - 7M-GTE. I bought the MK3 2 years ago just so I could use the box for my MKIV supra as the power I was running my W58 wouldn't cope anymore. The car had done 76 thousand miles and was on stock turbos and boost so this box hadn't worked hard at all, since I've had it the oil has been changed every 5 thousand miles and always used REDLINE 90 racing oil. This box has been very good and never once caused me any problems at all, it's always changed gears smooth and always been looked after. My MKIV is running 600hp and has done for the last 2 years with this R154 on an ACP 6 paddle clutch and coped with that power easy. Only reason for selling is I've managed to get a brand new R154 so selling my old R154 box. Box comes with JZ bell housing so will bolt directly to any 1JZ - 2JZ engine. Shifter extension so will go directly into the MKIV supra and gear stick but no knob. Electronic speed sensor so it's a plug and play onto your loom so will work perfect on MKIV loom. Also supplied is the ACT yellow clutch, was never slipping but since inspection it's getting low and has score marks on the feet. Also lightweight flywheel again for the JZ engines. If you wish to view the kit call me 07751150442 thanks Collection only from DY8 3TD. Price for this kit £1500 - - - Updated - - - I'll add photos tomorrow as they won't go off my phone. Sheefa
If needed I also have a second hand 6sp gear-knob in good condition to go with this. This is a cracking gearbox and the shift points when I went out in it were rapid and smooth. Great upgrade from a W58 or auto
Mk4Gaz
What else would I need for a auto to manual conversion bud? Clutch master cylinder Clutch pedal Manual ecu? (I'm currently fcon gold with auto ecu) Prop Diff? Anything else you can think of? Ready to pull the trigger on this, if it's straight forward enough to convert

little num
Diff wise before I had the manual diff ratio and it was great long gears so could really use the power. And loved how the car drove and never wanted to change it. But then I bought a TRD diff from an auto and that reallly bought the gears closer and made the acceleration so much more aggressive And I wasent sure to start off with but again I wouldn't change it. Personally I like fast accerlation and even with auto diff I still get 175 -180 on satnav within seconds. On the manual ratio I topped out just over
ripped_fear
Is it just me or does this seem stupid cheap! If I still had the old na I would have snapped this up.
little num
I can supply clutch pedal and master - slave - lines also but would be extra. Only thing you would need is a front prop section as it bolts directly to your rear.
ashloys
I'm using a similar setup in my TT with an A02B auto diff, the gearing is spot on and at 70-80mph you're sitting around 3k rpm so isn't bad at all on motorways. And the redline oil is awesome in it, same as what I'm using. Good luck with the sale, good price!! Msg me Gaz if you've any questions about what else you need
