Al Massey
Of all the things Hilary has done and who is paid by, fairly sure Trump is the better option of those two
mc92
Shame nobody voted for the alternative voting system in that referendum a couple of years ago. Of course both of the big parties stood to lose votes from it so the usual misinformation and propaganda went out.
j_jza80
Having seen the shameless mass celebrity endorsements of the Democrats today, I'd be inclined to vote Trump just to stick two fingers up at them. How I wish that celebrities would keep their mouths shut and stop abusing their privelidge and platform when it comes to elections.

The 'celebs' were driving me potty with their misinformation before the brexit vote here.

JasonR24
Geldoff showed what a c*nt he was with the 'stay' campaign... He was also one of those before that. Dodging tax, earning millions and not donating but then slagging off the British people calling everyone tight for not giving him money. True scum right there

stevie_b
Interesting times ahead, looking at the online vs media outlet polls reminds me of our EU referendum Several commentators have this election's got "Brexit" written all over it. Interesting times.
Kendo11
Correction. They have no desire to fix it. Why would they change a system that has the tax payer giving them an easy life? Expenses, a second, third home. There is no way they want to change this broken system and that's the problem Maybe true, likely true. I think there are some of them with a desire to fix it though. Certain problems are coming home to roost, and disadvantaged people dying left right and centre is something I doubt all of them want. I'm sure one of the politicians around the world would love to be the one who comes up with the answer to the problem of the system. Thank you for your esteemed medical opinion doctor..... Someone asked what you did for a job earlier, is it a secret? That was on another thread, which has been replied to. Take your tablets and keep up. Pete
Both appear far from an ideal choice. One of the many scary things about Trump is that he's going to find the world of politics very different to the business world where he would be used to telling somebody to do something and they do it. In politics he'll have congress and members of his own party to keep him in check from doing anything ridiculous like building the wall to Mexico. That will undoubtedly lead to frustration. Frustration leads to irrational behaviour. I suspect he'll have a certain set of boundaries of what he feels are acceptable, if those boundaries are crossed he'll behave in a strongly opinionated manner....possibly not the best person to be handling the straining relationships with Russia then. At least we have a fair idea of what Clinton wants to do and how she'll behave, with Trump it's a bit of a mystery.
Al Massey
Again, how is building a wall between Mexico and the US a bad thing? Since Mexico we're the first to build a fence.

'Better the devil you know' and all that. Even if that continuity is utterly corrupt. The fact that someone like Trump is giving her a run for her money shows just how awful she is. Why continue with something you know is absolutely terrible when there's a chance it could be better. That sort of thinking is why we constantly have the torys and labour in power who are proven to be awful.
formatzero
It amazes me in a country of around 300 million these two are the best they can come up with ! mind you without big money backing you can't run,so i guess the american public are screwed too.
