TomWeight
Just wondering where everyone gets their wheels and tires from? Seems to be a new site every week that offers different deals but never too sure about these places. Also do people prefer going online or going local? Dnk
For tyres i use a local garage who usually gets pretty close to most internet prices and does a proper job fitting them. Wheels really depends on budget and what your after, you can spend anything from £400 to £4000 + Edited October 24, 2016 by Dnk (see edit history)
Burna
For tyres use Camskill, they are now cheaper than TyreLeader
pedrosixfour
For road tyres I'd always go to my local depot. I've asked before about road-legal track tyres there, but it isn't something they do, so I usually head to Camskill for those.
Mike2JZ
I usually get my tyres from Tyreleader, depending on time of year, available deals, stock levels etc you can get some really nice deals. I had a crappy customer experience with them once, luckily all other times I got my tyres within 2 days of order.
Big Mark
I got my new wheels from JDM Distro and tyres from Camskill & Ebay this time as cheaper that Tyre Leader for the ones I wanted.
jim
As above, JDM Distro if you're looking quality/branded used Japanese wheels
Dnk
If you buy online check out what your local tyre fitters want to fit them, some near me weren't interested and others wanted £20 per tyre
Big Mark
As above, JDM Distro if you're looking quality/branded used Japanese wheels JDM Distro also do new wheels. They're a distributor for Japan Racing, that's the wheels I went with.

What sizes did you go for in the end? I've been looking at the jr-5s but unsure as to what fitment to go for without having a reference

JackyBoi
Wheels are available pretty much everywhere haha, but to name one good website I'd say driftworks (they do Work wheels at a good price.) As for tyres I usually use Blackcircles, but I've heard of people buying them from Asda or suchlike!
jot_ie
Driftworks here too. They sell a lot of good quality Work wheels, a lot of them available in custom offsets. Camskill for tyres, but you will need someone to mount the tyres on the wheels. Most places won't unless you purchase the tyres from them
Big Mark
I talked to Driftworks about my wheels and offsets, their solution was stretched tyres and camber, so I went to JDM Distro. Plus the wheels I chose has custom options that JDM Distro's site lets you select so you see a price. Driftworks didn't list teh custom options, you had to email them and they came out at a lot more.
