They left me a card with a mobile number on and the words "at 11" Now I assumed that this meant they tried to deliver at 11. Have you seen all the items you need when you are old? OK a padded toilet seat might be nice but the day I have to worry about ordering anything from the "leakage problems" section is the day I just give in.
