Guest Supra Carlo
Hi Supra folks, here we go with our full buildup. Originally the car was running 2JZ-GE Auto. I removed the last numbers of the VIN on the picture for safety reasons. The car is 9000 something, so a pretty early model and originally from Japan. Everything was matching, colour, transmission, engine etc. Have a look yourself: Once we removed the NA engine and started the GTE Swap, we decided to go through the whole thing. Somehow it wasn´t that necessary but we wanted it special. So the car was fully disassembled and prepared for paintwork. We went from Silver to Black, from NA to TTs. We have been working on the whole chassis, outside and underneath. We prepared, we sealed, we waxed, we went through the whole thing and have built an almost new car in outstanding condition. The paint was finished in Toyota 202 metallic and the "putting-everything-back-together" started. So many parts and details, we want her going back to the UK or to it´s origin Japan. She´s 23 years young and superfresh. The mileage is 112k who knows exactly with miles and km mixed. The lady is waiting for the matching home who appreciate what happend here. I will take some more actual pictures. Any questions, just ask. tintinmt
I'm tempted to say that's good value. Certainly if you value the rebuild quality and usability over originality. 'Looks really nice.
