mk4 supra A01A to A01B diff convertion

hi guys , let me quickly tell you what i have before i ask for advice. i have a 93 mk4 supra with a 2JZGTE vvti , stock twins, i have a W58 5 speed manual and a A01A open center rear end. my problem is that , today when i was changing the transmission fluid and the axle fluid , i found loose metal pieces in the axle oil that i drained out the diff. this obviously mean the teeth are breaking away and the diff is going to explode any time now. so before that happens i want to change it to the better A01B torsen LSD . the second problem is that i am from south africa and we dont have many people that sell parts or even have parts let alone a complete diff . so what i was thinking and want to kno , is there a chance that i can transfer the pinions from a lexus that has a A01B torsen LSD with the same ratios , will it fit straight into my diff case and if it will which lexus would it be and what year . i tried looking on the old google but havent come across a page that speaks about transferring gears from one diff to another.

I may be wrong but I'm sure the AO1A only came on the N/A's, has yours had an engine swap at any point in time?

I was always under the impression it was the AO2A open diff for the TT (and other diffs etc depending on box and setup).

As I said, I may be wrong and it may be due to your box you have the AO1A but I'm sure someone else will come along and advise.
