Alternator not charging

Ok guys, I'm about to pull my hair out :(

My alternator has stopped charging when the car warms up. When cold it would charge, but when it warms up and I put my foot down a bit, it would stop charging.

I bought a new alternator from ebay and it was fine for the first drive, about 1 hour. The next day I took the car out again, it was charging fine but then noticed it would over charge after 2800 rpm. It would spike to 18v and my headlights would become a lot brighter!

I got another alternator, again it worked fine for the first 30 mins or so, but when car warmed up it stopped working.

Today, the alternator won't charge at all, regardless if it's cold or not.

Does anyone have any suggestions? FYI I have used 3 different batteries, including a brand new one. So battery isn't the issue. Additionally, I blew an 30amp EFI fuse recently, now replaced. Not sure if that has had anything to do with it.

If its over charging then the Regulator is faulty within the alternator, loose connections or voltage spike can cause the alternator to go bad make sure the earth cables and main battery cable to alternator are good best way of doing this is by a Multi-meter resistance check (voltage drop test)
