Big Supes Posted September 28, 2016 Share Posted September 28, 2016 I'm considering swapping a 2J into my Z and have been weighing up options. I've seen complete 2JZ GTE engines for sale at around 2.5k, but I was wondering if it would be more logical to buy a 2JZGE from an aristo for £250 and swap the head over. I'll be running it as a single turbo also which would do away with a lot of the twin sequential gubbings anyway and would want to build the engine from scratch with new bearings, oil and water pump, etc. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Is there any difference in the head? I was thinking TT head so I can run the TT intake mani and keep the classic 2JZ form factor, purely from a cosmetic factor.
