Business is business, and not all customers are as straight as a die either, they are all dealing in (often very) used parts/car market and so problems will occur. You need to take some personal responsibility as a buyer, in an ideal world no seller would ever take the p or move on anything remotely dubious or poor but at times it will happen.

Im gonna stick up for nash to be honest. If i get banned so be it. He has sold 71 supras in the past 2 years and had 2 people un happy. The guy who bought the car he didnt go to buy actually saw nash the other week and they exchanged some parts etc and the guy is happy.

Nash is not a bad guy. He has never had legal action threatened against him. Now ask that same question to some other traders on here, past and present.

I know my opinion doesnt matter but there is alot of stuff that goes on that people never find out. And i know i probably dont even know the half of things.

I agree, this supra in question is off Nash, my misses supra was off Nash, had some problems but he pointed them out and we bought it with that in mind.

My opinion is that he's a dodgy shit, who tarts bad cars up on the cheap and sells them on to unsuspecting, naive buyers for full market rates. He gives decent traders a bad name. All traders fall foul of the odd person, but Restless Customs have intentionally mislead people, and turned out cars with dodgy MOT's and very questionable workmanship. There's no excuse for such awful working practices.

I guess we'll have to agree to disagree.

Even dodgy traders get good cars. He saw a good deal, bought that aerotop, and turned it round for a profit. That s fine. It's the other stuff that makes him dodgy as hell.

Anyway back to the subject at hand. Its a lovely car thats soon to be a tt6 with big case diff.

Yes very nice mate, love the colour and the aerotop.. it will be perfect once the tt lump is in with the 6 speed box, quick question though, why sell the tt auto to buy a na and then tt it and 6 speed it? Why not just 6 speed the tt auto? Or Was it purely because you wanted an aerotop?

Honestly? I sold it to buy an R34 GTR, had £35k for two and both were really rusted and i could not bring myself to pay £35k for a rusted car. So went without a car for a while undecided on what to buy. Then decided to come back to supras.

Sorry not an amazing story but explains how everything has come about.
