When you check-in. I forward the room allocations to the hotel just before the event, because inevitably people drop out along the way, so I end up upgrading people (in order of booking) if better rooms become available.

Yeah, we were expecting the price to be questioned, and rightly so. I hope my explanation answers peoples questions about the price.

 

The concession on the bar prices has been removed this year by the directors of Wroxall. It is something they have never offered anyone before or since we had it, we were the first. I'm not happy that it's been withdrawn, but they will not budge.

 

I personally think they'll lose out on bar takings removing the concession.

People will end up going off licence on the way there.

Hotels would make double if they made their prices competitive.
