Yes it's back again for the third year! The calendars biggest Supra owners event, the 'S Club Party'!

 

The day and overnight event the 'S Club Party' will be held at Wroxall Abbey Hotel & Estate on Saturday 8th July 2017, just SE of Birmingham so nice and central for everybody

What's happening throughout the day and night

 

12pm Arrival time

1pm to 5pm Afternoon Entertainment/Activity

3pm Check in

4pm to 6pm BBQ served on the terrace

5pm to 11pm Evening Entertainment/Activity

9pm Sandwich platters and chips served

8pm to 12pm DJ and dancing

 

After the BBQ please feel free to go to your room for a short while to change and freshen up for the evening party.

 

 

The event as you can see starts earlier than last year, as a lot of you told us the day just went by too quickly, so we listened, and will be putting on a full day and night of fun activities and entertainment to make this 'S Club Party' the biggest and best yet!

 

Also this year the afternoon BBQ will be a much more varied selection, with many more dishes on offer, along with a second course for all you desert and sweet lovers.

 

Later in the evening a wide selection of sandwiches, with chips, will be laid on for those of you that feel peckish.

 

Like last year, we have secured full exclusivity of the whole estate, and the 'S Club Party' is again in the mansion. A substantial discount has been arranged on the room price, along with the longer day and extra food and additional servings, the price is a huge saving and amazing value for money :)

 

The event is primarily a social one, and all about bringing your partner for a night away in a nice hotel and surrounding estate. A way of saying thank you for putting up with all our spending on our pride and joys, disappearing off on Dragonball and other events over the year. You don't need to be in a Supra to attend!

 

As the day is longer, you can either choose to have a look around the cars, meet new people and catch up with old friends, or make use of the hotels facilities listed below that are included in your ticket price, yes free! :)

 

Leisure Club

 

The main facility adjoins the Mansion and includes a fitness suite, full size indoor heated pool and sauna, as well as other facilities.

 

Indoor Pool

 

Enjoy a dip in the heated indoor pool in the Wroxall Abbey Spa & Club during your stay or Spa Day.

 

Fitness & Relaxation

 

During your stay at Wroxall Abbey, make the most of the Spa & Clubs' luxurious Fitness Suite and Gym.

 

Tennis / Outdoor

 

Whether for a relaxed game and chat with a friend or a competitive match, use Wroxall Abbey Estate's tennis court.

 

Ticket Price

 

Single bed room, BBQ, and buffet = £105.00

 

Double or Twin bed room, BBQ, and buffet = £130.00

Breakfast is not included, if you wish to have breakfast it will be an extra £10.00 pp

Pay a non refundable 50% deposit now and remainder by the 4th June 2017

 

Or if you wish you can pay in full now

 

Rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis upon payment of deposit.

The masters, suites, and superior rooms in the mansion will be allocated first, then working it's way down the list to the standard rooms in the courtyard. So I suggest you be quick as all these rooms will go fast again like last year.
