puggy
So I thought I would start a new thread! This post might be a bit long but please bare with it because with your own stories, this could become quite amusing! So when I was a kid, my reply to the age old question, "If you could have any super power, what would it be?", was always, "Mind control!". Basically getting people to do things they didn't want to! Now remember this part because it will prove my car has super powers later on! So as an adult and always wanting a Supra, at the end of June this year, I bought my first one! Little did I know it had a hidden agenda of its own! It all started a few days after buying it. Driving out of a garage forecourt, I noticed a middle aged man staring at the car! So interested in it, he ended up walking into the shop door! Amusing I thought, but a one off! Not so! Since then, there have been a few close calls with people almost injuring themselves! Now, today whilst driving home from the gym, I spotted a few student types walking towards me. I saw one of them point at my car, getting the attention of the other two. A quick glance in my wing mirror as I drove past revealed the one on the left walking into a street sign before hitting the deck. This was closely followed by his friends rolling around on the ground laughing. With a sly smile and a little pat on the dashboard, I drove home full of glee! After some thought, I came to the conclusion that my car has mind control powers! Think about it - neither garage man nor student wanted to walk into street furniture, my car made them do it! Thus proving my car has super powers, boom! OK, so no serious injury was caused but only a few months have passed since I bought the car! I honestly now believe my car is going to inadvertently kill someone if this continues! So please people, share your stories where your cars super powers have taken affect! Oooo, an idea! Maybe a prize could be given out to the person who's car causes the most injury to someone (without running them over, obviously)! Thanks guys. Richie_k83
Not so much a super power, but more a super inconvenience, but waiting to pull out of junctions, people seem to slow down, not let me pull out, all just to look at the car... Me and a friend noticed it in our own Supra's

Andrew K
When I'm in the supra waiting to pull out of a junction I notice people stop and wave me to pull out quite frequently, also noticed this when at work as the industrial estate where I work is a nightmare with traffic! Trying to pull out the car park onto the main road to get of the estate is a mission and nobody lets you out especially when I'm driving the corsa I have as a cheap run around car, take the supra to work and it's a different story and I get let out the car park almost straight away by someone holding the traffic up for me and waving me out. brassbones
The MK4 is a head turner, pure and simple. Always was, always will be for as long as we can keep them on the road. This is my 6th over the years, and they have all had that same attention level. Although, sadly, its mostly from young lads (who probably don't know what it is) and generic petrol heads (who do). If only hot chicks found them, and their drivers, half as magnetic!!! My favorite one with this current MK4 was a few weeks back. I'm driving through a small village with my drivers window down, nobody around. Then I see a bloke on his own walking up the pavement towards me. As I drive past he shouts 'SUPRA!!!' at the top of his voice and does a fist pump!! LMFAO!!!
Nodalmighty
I once heard a man teaching his very young son how to say "Toyota Supra" while I was parked up outside the local shop (when it was actually on the road, many moons ago).
