Drivers seat - tilt mechanism

I'm having an issue with the mechanism that tilts the seat forward to let someone get in the back.

 

It's loose and doesn't snap back in to place properly meaning the back of the seat moves when I'm sat in it.

 

Is this something that can be fixed or is my seat FUBAR?
