SOLD BNIB Specs for both camshafts are: 264° Duration (218° @ 0.050") 8.74mm Lift In comparison, the stock camshaft specs are: Intake 224° Duration (189.1° @ 0.050") 7.69mm Lift Exhaust 228° Duration (194.1° @ 0.050") 7.95mm Lift £520 plus delivery. pedrosixfour Posted August 26, 2016 Author Share Posted August 26, 2016 To maximise the effect the above cams have on the engine it is advisable to move to adjustable cam gears and set them correctly, so.... I have a pair of new Works Engineering Adjustable Gears to suit the cams offered. I opted for these mainly because of the five bolt locking system, which is, for obvious reasons, regarded as superior to the three bolt system offered on a lot of other cam gears.
