Style
How many miles has it done? Is there anything else needed to stick this in an A02B diff? Interested
j_jza80
You'll want new seals and bearings, and I think you need the cups from an A02A (non LSD small case), and diff oil obviously.

Thanks They just parts from Mr.T I take it? Cups from the A02A shouldn't be too hard to come across. Will try pricing things up and see. This winters job is the underside, so would be good to upgrade this while subframes are off and arms are getting replaced
el_bandido
Is this a 1.5 way? Edit: TRD website says: "Exclusive side gear shaft required for 93.5-96.5/GZ, SZR. (*3) Side gear shaft required for 93.5-96.5 model follows, RZ(A/T), RZ-S(A/T) and SZ with factory-equipped L.S.D.(*3)" I think from that link it is a 1.5 way? Does anyone have an absolutely solid list of parts I'd need to install this into my existing Torsen a02b diff?
Nexuid
All TRD Supra LSD are 2 Way and they are not changeable the interpretation of most people is wrong and maybe the translation is bad (It can only be 1.5-way on Vitz models and 2-way on FR vehicles.) ONLY 2 WAY ON FR VEHICLES -> Supra = FR vehicle New sealings are not a bad idea, bearings are not a must have if they are in good shape and the right tools to remove the bearings I have no idea how many miles are on this LSD since the owner before installed it and I removed it because I salvaged the car
