Again, no running lights, dash lights, parking lights, side marker lights, headlights.. ALL relays are good (continuity and resistance)and all fuses are good. Taillight failure sensor is good. Integration relay is good. I am stumped. But did I discover that the relay (for my fog lights at least) is getting 2volts when switched on, but within seconds it drops to 0.

 

Any help??
