1994 supra swap problems

Hello all, I have a 94 mk4, Originally was a auto twin turbo. Previous owner swapped out the auto for a w58. I'm swapping in a vvti gte with auto harness+ecu out of a Jdm 97 supra.

Right now I'm having issues with my ignition switch. It powers up all lights on the dash but does not power the ecu or starter. I ran a hot wire from the ignition fuse on the driver fusebox to the ign switch pinout and voila ecu powered up when the key is on. Still no start and all the lights go dim on the dash when attempted. The starter only cranks if you jump the relay and the 2jz fires up.

Its bolted to a w58 so I bypassed the auto trans neutral switch and even bypassed the clutch pedal switch to be safe and no change. It had a viper 5900 alarm system which I took out and reconnected ignition wires still no change.

It has a FJO wideband and black box by the ecu which is connected to some body wires so I was thinking about removing that today because it was part of the old swap. The immobilzer could play a part but I get no security lights on the dash and tried the lock unlock trick a few times.

The only things I can think of is I missed a plug somewhere or the vvti to body plug pinout is diffrent. There is two plugs I cannot find connectors for. One is spliced into the white ignition harness, and the other sits by the ecu. I replaced all the relays and checked all the fuses still no luck.

Apologize in advance if my post gets confusing any help is greatly appreciated!!!!
