grahamc
if that was high speed, doesnt look like much broke off.... normally cars crumple to save the occupants. Did some how make it over the barrier though OUCH!
Dnk
Looks like it flattened the barrier and used it as a ramp, is there no ABS on these ?

Chris Wilson
I can see the underwriter checking the small print ten times and wriggling like an angler's worm..... Hope the owner has not taken any chances with track day cover, that looks VERY expensive!

Like a pleb gawping at a stately home I just perused the sales blurb for these things. Seems they have Bosch Motorsport ABS, which is mappable from extreme intervention to turn it off mode, from what I recall working on a car with it some years ago. I think you can have a knob to twiddle if you want, too.

Chris Wilson
Not seen them, I know Lotus were researching solenoid operated valves a while back, the response was too laggy given the technology then, and current draw was huge. Got a link?
j_jza80
http://blog.caranddriver.com/koenigseggs-camshaft-less-engine-explained-watch-it-in-action-video/ They seem to be putting an enormous amount of R&D into it, so they must think they're on to something

Thanks for the link, I'll watch the video later, just scanned through the text. Fascinating stuff
