I don't know from a performance point of view etc but this second one is a doddle to fit which is always nice haha. I haven't driven it with a cat so couldn't comment on performance, it's no doubt marginal from a bhp point of view but I can imagine improves response etc. The noise is obviously increased but I loved the sound of mine, not too loud either with a backbox only system.
