Now this year they beat the flux quote but they weren't the cheapest I could get. But since I had a great experience with them previously I went with them this year. And what a load of rubbish. After calling back after an initial quote the guy didn't seem too bothered to want to start a policy. Anyway I started a policy, get my details through. First mistake, first name spelt wrong. On hold again for 30 mins. Edit policy. New documents come though. Now somehow my surnames spelt wrong. Again 30 mins on hold. New documents though. Get to my modification form and a few items are missing. All interior items. Oh and I can't sign the finance document on line because guess what! My names spelt wrong. So again I've had to call. On hold 15 mins this time. So currently waiting for new details to come through. (Which will probably be wrong). Thanks sky for the great service! Not. And on that basis, I didn't bother renewing with Sky. Something seems to be going downhill there and it needs to be sorted as far as I'm concerned. I was told to go somewhere else if you want a cheaper quote. However I have had good experience with Sky for many years and wanted to stay loyal to them,but this year if the person on the other side is not bothered to have my business I will go somewhere else as I have two cars insured with them.
