mac79
I have normally trusted the garage i use to pick the oil when my car is being serviced. This time i thought i would buy the oil myself, but after going on Opie oils not sure which is the best one for my car. The car is a BPU TT with the miles coming to 1000000 and after having the turbos refurbed and stem seals etc done over the last 12 months, just make sure i get it right. Anyone got a a suggestion based on what they are using?
Dnk
You'll be more confused than when you started, everyone will have different opinions on what to use inc make and grade of oil. I always used Mobil 1 fully syn in my TT

inazone
It's not really the oil that's important it's how often you change it! I change mine every 3k miles and use Activ8 oil additive.

Not if it's changed regularly. The oil will never get to degrade. I wouldn't recommend any mineral based oil for the supe, however any branded semi or fully synthetic oil would be fine. mac79
I have mine changed every 4000-5000 miles. I have been looking at the Fuchs Titan GT1 XTL or Valvoline VR1
