800bhp na-t build need some questions answered please guys and girls

Hi there I currently have a 1994 Na 5 speed manual, I want to single top mount turbo convert it but don't want to buy a pre made kit as I want to learn all about it and how everything works together rather then just bolt it all on and hope for the best aha.

So I have a few questions:

1. What's the differences between the Na head and tt head? (Internal parts and port sizes ect)

2. What's the differences between the Na and tt block? (Also internal parts and bore sizes ect)

3. Will the tt rocket covers fit the Na head? (As we all know the look a lot better)

4. What's going to be the best turbo to achieve 800bhp? As this is frazzling my brain [emoji23]

Any answers on any of these questions would be a massive help so thanks in advance guys, I'm currently writing a shopping list for all the bits I need and once I've got most of them down I'll be cracking straight on with it.

What are you planning to do with the block? Cylinder head? What internals are you going to use and how much are you willing to spend?

800WHP does not come cheap, and if you have limited knowledge, I wouldn't even attempt doing it myself..

1. Manifold patterns are different. Pistons and headgasket size are also different to give a higher compression ratio. You'll need to change those for your power goals. NA runs a distributor so you'd best change that to coil packs so you can run TT cams etc.

2. NA doesn't have oil squirters, probably wise to install them for 800rwhp

3. Yes

4. Precision, Borg Warner etc. there's quite a few choices.

A lot to consider and carry out. If you're new to this I'd suggest a lot of research and careful planning as this isn't an easy project in one jump. I'd probably get an NA-T conversion done on a stock engine, distributor and just a set of injectors. Once you're confident that's running fine, build engine, ramp up the boost a bit to 500-600hp and get that running. Then make the last jump if you want to
