Frank Bullitt
So approx 850 - 880 at the crank or have I done my maths wrong? It's far from stock though.
Chris Bailey
So approx 850 - 880 at the crank or have I done my maths wrong? It's far from stock though. Americans quote there RWHP figure as Flywheel figure if that makes sense. So in theory they mean its 720bhp at the flywheel.

So 580 - 610 at the crank? If so that is respectable numbers especially if you are able to keep the sequential system. What power do the forums singles have to run a 10.5? Luxluc
JamieP ran a 10.9 on 630 bhp iirc - - - Updated - - - It all comes down to suspension and tire setup.

Guest Budz86
I don't see how someone would make that on the stock twin setup, even in US numbers

Westy
Gary Taylor is taking delivery of a set of modified OEM tubbys from Munro Turbochargers and they claim up to 600 in sequential. Sounds very interesting
Frank Bullitt
I guess it all depends on how much you want to spend and what you power goals are. Spending the amount of money required to get that sort of power out of the sequential system would probably net you a decent single on a cast manifold with more power. Luxluc
On the stock sequential system, turbo N°2 comes on boost around 4000rpm ; bigger turbos will even make it lagier. A proper 600 hp single turbo will outspool and outperform every sequential setup
Hemanhead
It says at the start of the video its on a custom gt28 tubular manifold, with a built 10:1 compression engine, so its probably running some C17 with a shimless bucket head revving higher. Nothing OEM about it, I'm not atall surprised its run 10.
Mike2JZ
Lol this is far from a stock setup.
chazuk
Stu Hagen setup https://www.speedforsale.com/supraparts/stu-usdm-gt28-hybrid-stock-twin-turbo-upgrade-600rwhp-sfs-mkiv-gt28usdm-p-553.html 10.6 @132mph
JasonR24
To be honest just to say it's still on sequential turbos I think I'd rather stu hagens set up than a single setup Edited June 21, 2016 by JasonR24 (see edit history)
MattP
That Stu Hagen bloke supposedly works wonders with the twin turbo layout.
