neilp9876
Does no one have an opinion? I'm thinking of telling them its worth £10k. (I bet if i listed it in the 'for sale' forum someone would tell me it was badly priced within minutes!) - - - Updated - - - Does no one have an opinion? I'm thinking of telling them its worth £10k. Ric
Again, this isnt how agreed value works. You need to figure out how much you could buy your car for again (along with all the mods) not what the general public thinks your car is worth (market value) The way supras are at the minute you'd be looking at 9k for a stock GZ on it's own, more for one with your mileage. Then you need to add on the cost of your mods, the insurance company will ask for receipts for proof etc. If you have receipts for 18k (except any service receipts etc) then you'd be looking to get the agreed value around that. perhaps £15k etc

neilp9876
Update: submitted the value as 10k base car plus 8k of mods. They came back and valued the car at 15k which I'm very happy with. Should probably have done this sooner, worth doing.
