Where can I find the info to fill out my V55/5?

I am in the process of registering my import and some of the boxes I need to fill in I have no clue where to find the information.

 

Specifically for a 1996 Supra RZ-S 6MT J-spec I need to find details such as:

Type

Variant

Version

Length of vehicle

HC (g/km)

Max net power

Technical permissable maximum towable mass of the trailer

Track width

Width of vehicle

NOx (g/km)

Max permissable mass

Wheelbase

CO2 (g/km)

Mass in service

CO (g/km)

HC+NOx (g/km)

Stationary Sound (dB(A))

Engine Speed Sound

Drive-by Sound

 

Any tips of where to find any of this would be much appreciated. I have some previous paperwork etc but it is all in Japanese unfortunately. Thank you

Actually, there are very few boxes you MUST fill out on the V55.
