Ric
Hi Guys, I'm pretty sure the below is condensation, but i'd just like to get some 2nd opinions to ease my mind. I've just been to the squires meet, it's around a hours drive from my house, I've had the aircon on the whole time during this trip. When I parked up, i've got a lot of water on the floor (enough to run from the back of the engine bay area to the rear of the passenger sideskirt) This water is clear, does not taste/smell of coolant or screenwash, I'm expecting its just condensation from the Aircon pipes at the rear of the engine with the humid temps we've had today and im worrying too much. Am I correct?
evinX
When ive used aircon i get drips under the car, behind the passenger front wheel. Only a few drips, depends how much? i get like a shot glass worth spilt on the ground
herbiemercman
It is almost certain that it is what you eluded to, condensation, i was on the M6 this week and it is quite common. You can also get this if you have not used the aircon as it can eject the water on a subsequent run. Herbie.
Chris Wilson
That is telling as to what the average speed is on the M6 nowadays...

stevie_b
If the liquid's cold, that also suggests it's aircon condensation.

jonc
Yep ac condensation from the evap. Drains through the passenger side footwell. Most cars with AC will have small puddles under them at the moment
