JackyBoi
Could anyone who has these installed take some close pictures of where they mounted them? I've had a look and it seems like I'll have to drill some holes to fit mine, so I want to get it right first time! For reference they're the carbon bonnet struts from Whifbitz. Thanks guys
MattP
They come with instructions from whifbitz did you not get any?
JackyBoi
Nope, just in the plastic box. Google images doesn't really help because people fit them differently
Kendo11
You don't need to drill any holes. Not the best picture: You fit the bottom two in one the wing fixing points, and the other two fit onto where the bonnet hook goes into (do not remove the hook). Dead easy to do mate. Jellybean
They are PNP no need to drill holes The two brackets with hood written on them bolt to the hood via the OEM mounting hardware and the smaller ball units thread into the wing via OEM threaded mounting points
Sheefa
They're ridiculously easy to install. Make sure you apply the thin layer of grease to bolts.
MattP
If you look at page two of my build thread the pictures of how to install are all there..........
