T2 MSW
Urgently need to get hold of anyone there to sort out their diabolical customer service and get my brake caliper back. Then don't answer emails and the phone just rings out.
Dnk
Do they not respond on their website, they seem to have a live chat box on it ?
T2 MSW
Doesn't work eventually they have now answered the phone
T2 MSW
Issue resolved now and caliper is back on my car. Unfortunately not a good experience and cant say I will be using the company again.
supra_ufo
I used them, Kyle dealt with my queries, other than a delay on some pistons I had a great service.
T2 MSW
hmm funny I had same delay on pistons. Its communication thats shocking, they say ill handle it and sort the issue and then you don't hear from them for 4 days. Having a caliper for a month when all they are doing is pulling out 8 pistons, replacing the seals, assemble and test is ridiculous
Ric
I had the same issue, waiting for pistons. They ordered the wrong ones 3 times then had to get them from Denmark. They probably not learned. Stretched the time from 2-3 weeks to 2 months, but i wasn't in a rush.
Style
I've got mine set to go down to be refurbed and painted. When I spoke to Jack (I think) on the phone he quoted a longer lead time due to sourcing parts. So going to hang fire until I'm in no rush before sending them down
T2 MSW
hmmm seems a common excuse for just poor project management this waiting for pistons. The lesson they need to learn is communicate with customers and tell them whats going on. Don't just leave them hanging about

T2 MSW
After my little rant even though it took far too long, the work they have done is quality. Calliper works perfect and resolved my braking issue. They got properly abused at Spa this weekend and functioned perfectly.

jay200bhp
Always use bigg red now.... rubbish website and service ran by kids at brake caliper specialists. Useless service.
martincoupe
Any idea on prices ? Any links ?! Search import car parts then your make and model on left hand side and search for which brakes you have. Alternately search big red. I do rebuild calipers in spare time then put on eBay
