I'm stuck with a choice here guys...

It is looking very likely i will be moving back to Japan in the near future for an initial 12 months... the problem is... do i take my Supra back to Japan or do I purchase something else while over there, leaving the Supra here for when i return??

Any suggestions if i go with option 2??

I have my own thoughts ;)

I'm in the process of starting the visa application for moving across there, I have spoke to a few guys I know over there about doing this and taking my supra with me. It is possible but will cost around £5k roughly to get it back over there, registered and etc!

It's all down to personal circumstances I suppose dude and where about you are being relocated to in Japan? I've always wanted to cruise the wangan in the supra and head back down to dai koku

Yeah its a difficult choice. I did say if i went back i'd buy myself an R34 GTR over there.

Would be cool just to take the Supra back to where it belongs though.

I will based in Atsugi, not too far from Tokyo/Yokohama so i usually spend a lot of time on Wangan and around Daikoku when I'm over there!

Is the reason for it costing nearly 5k mostly down to there stringent MOT?

Depends on what you want over there? If it costs silly money to take back, buy one there or an impreza or something to relatively keep you happy over there, abscence will make the heart grow fonder for your supra here :)

Thats a good point!

I am tempted to be loyal to my Nissan roots (for once) and buy an old Silvia and go drifting for a while..
