pauldoug
As title states, fob wont do de-immobilize car and wont lock, unlock doors. Car starts and drives fine using the valet buttons, pressing the 4 digit sequence in while ignition is on. Had fob tested, battery fine and signal strength good also. Must be on the car side of things. Anyone had similar issues.
inazone
I have the same alarm, not had any issues like this, but just wondering whether the fob has got out of sync with the alarm. Might be worth trying re-pair the key fob with the alarm like you would with a new key fob.
mwilkinson
Could be the car door control module. It's a common issue on the Supra. Do a search, there are plenty of threads on this issue.

Yeah I know about the control module, during the winter it plays up and doesn't lock the doors, but the fob would still demobilise the car to allow it to start, so its an alarm issue and not the module. pauldoug
think you could be right inazone, think the fob needs paired to the alarm again, ive just found a few methods using the valet blackjack buttons. Tried one so far without any luck. Will have to keep searching I guess. Emailed a few alarm installers in Glasgow and no one wants to help. Or the want to take out the alarm and install a new one lol.
